This week has been very busy in Owl’s Tree Top House Nursery Class.
We started the week by creating some amazing trees for our small world background using fingerprints and handprints, choosing some lovely Autumnal colours.
The children have started to learn The Gingerbread Man story, and on Wednesday we worked on a story map as a class, and then some of the children had a go at creating their own story map. We were amazed by their fantastic drawings and retelling of the story. They have been put on display in our classroom as we wanted to share their brilliant work.
On Wednesday we learnt all about Remembrance Day, completing a two minute silence at 11am, and painting poppies in the different colours as we learnt about what the different colour poppies mean.
We are looking at different celebrations this term, and can't wait to learn more about Diwali on Friday this week.
Remember to keep checking Tapestry to follow your child's incredible learning journey.
